[Feature Request] Show pins on public facing read access team pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Non team members, without access to the shared space, can not tell which notes are pinned and as such may be the first they should look at when checking a public teams published notes.

Describe the solution you'd like A way for pinned notes to be hoisted or otherwise readily noticeable to non team members that may wish to read or contribute.

Describe alternatives you've considered Perhaps using a tag named "Pinned" or something like that, but then what is the point of using the pin feature when both would need to be kept in sync for members and the public.

Additional context If just listing them first no matter the sort order is not acceptable, perhaps something like this?
