We have outdated info about the project page and developers will have to spend time researching how it all works, which can take a lot of time.

### Action Items
 This wiki page has the old details of how we 
 - [ ] Update the tool section to reflect that it works the same way technologies does now.
 - [ ] remove open roles, we don't display that anymore.
 - [ ] add value card
 - [ ] comment out getting started panel sections (we might want to bring it back in the future)
