Overview

• Issue #1658 adds a Submit Date column to the grid on the My Projects Page. For this issue, add filtering and sorting of the projects by Submitted Date, using a UI similar to the filtering and sorting of the Created Date and Modified Date from Issue #1648, so the user can filter and/or sort by Submitted date.
