Change AIN# placeholder text after entering a number

Overview

Related to issue #1110 After user inputs an AIN number and presses enter to go to the next field, the AIN number textbox still has the "required" placeholder text in it.

Action Items

  • [ ] Add text that says "enter another AIN" or similar. Confirm exact wording with Bonnie.
