This issue will test CTJ's CMS mockup for ease of use for team leads.

Action Items

• [ ] Researchers will collaborate with the design team to develop User Testing for CMS plan
  • [x] Ask design about: staged site/wireframe, goals for the study, and timeline
• [ ] Create a new research plan with new script and instructions for participant selection
  • [x] Create Usability Study Plan
• [ ] Pilot test with the design team
• [ ] Recruit participants for testing sessions
• [ ] Provide volunteers with test scenarios and instructions
• [ ] Conduct usability tests
• [ ] Collect and document feedback (notes, recordings if possible)
• [ ] Analyze and synthesize findings into key insights (friction points, successes, suggestions)
• [ ] Share results with the Design Team to inform next iteration
