PM - 1Password: Migrate from general vault to sub-team vaults

Overview

We need to adopt sub-team vaults in 1Password so we can maintain fine-grain control of member and lead 1Password permissions. We need to migrate all items from the general vault and then delete the general vault.

• General vault refers to the P: Civic Tech Jobs-Admin 1Password vault
• Sub-team vaults refer to 1Password vaults that pertain to a specific team or team-lead
  • E.g. P: Civic Tech Jobs-UI/UX, P: Civic Tech Jobs-Dev
