Add HTTPS certificate to civictechjobs.org

Overview

The URL at civictechjobs.org is considered "not secure" by web browsers because it does not have a TLL/SSL certificate. It must be added to the AWS account which manages the civictechjobs domain.

Action Items

• [x] Request and obtain SSL certificate for the landing page URL
• [ ] Verify that the certificate has propagated and check that the landing page can be reached via HTTPS without encountering insecure warnings
