In order to be in compliance with the requirements outlined for the project, we must make updates to our How to Join page. Specifically we must add copy about the Skills Matrix.

I agree that steps 3 and 5 are a bit repetitive and confusing, and not really aligned with the user flow. I replied to your comment and made edits (highlighted in yellow) to resolve this. @kcoronel @Janis-Mollineau Here’s the updated How to Join page. I’ve added a new FAQ about the Skills Evaluation Survey, along with the updated UX copy.

• FAQ opened:

Progress: Updated the How to Join page with the new UX copy and revised process. Blockers: Finalizing the design implementation for the Skills Evaluation Survey section, including integrating the explanatory copy that outlines how the survey facilitates project alignment and career development. A related FAQ is also being created to reinforce this explanation and guide users through the process. Availability: 4hours ETA: By May 5
