Accessibility: Fix landing page button color contrast
Overview
As a developer, we should ensure that our website is accessible. For this ticket, let's ensure that our elements have have sufficient color contrast.
Action Items
- [ ] The landing page's donate button in the footer does not have enough contrast with the background.
- [ ] Let's update the button so it falls in line with accessibility standards.
- [ ] I suspect that the color schemes for the button has changed in the design system, so the right change might need to come from the component level.

hey @melkosm can you please update this issue with more details about why and where we need the color contrast. Is there a dependency for why someone wouldn't be able to work on this right now? Also, can you please pick a label size that makes sense for the work (a 1 is small amount of time work and 13+ being harder and more amounts of work. Thanks!
