Does this project allow DNS zone transfers per subdomain?

I would like to implement DNS level load balancing. I can do this without need access to root DNS by delegating my subdomain to a different nameserver. Does OctoDNS allow this, and if so, how would it be done.

I think it's possible to do NS records via OctoDNS, but it'll be complicated if DNSSEC is involved.

We don't support NS records for almost every use case.
