Better layout in extension menu

I believe the in-extension menu should look a bit more something like this, this is just 5 minute GIMP edit (not good) but i'll explain here; somebody might accidentally refresh the window trying to close the extension menu or get into settings, possibly losing progress on webpage. Somebody else might accidentally globally disable restrictions when trying just to disable for that tab (possibly for local service). I didn't change the clocks in the edit but somebody might also accidentally whitelist all on page whilst trying to remove whitelists.
