add better.fyi links to security and privacy info

I think it would be a great addition to the already great Security and Privacy Info page if we added outlinks to https://better.fyi/trackers/ since they have built out nice human-readable reports on trackers.

I wasn't sure where to submit a pull request for that part of the service or I would have tried adding it already 😉
