`user doesn't have access to repo` on fresh Gitea instance

I'm getting a lot of user doesn't have access to repo errors while migrating, even tho I'm supposed to be the one creating the repos right?

I don't use this script any longer and thus cannot answer your question. But I am still happy to apply new pull requests if some changes are required.

Well thanks for keeping it up and accepting prs. Due to some missing features we've decided not to switch to gitea after all, so I won't be doing a pr myself but I'll leave this open in case anyone is interested in doing it.
