Datepicker Time Field Triggers Password Autocomplete in Chrome

The datepicker's time input field seems to be triggering Chrome's password autocompletion. When placing the cursor in the time field as shown in the screenshot below, the user is prompted to select or generate a password. After navigating away from the page, the user is also prompted to save the password to the browser, using the input value that was entered in the time field.

This appears to be a Chrome-specific issue and could not be replicated in Firefox or Edge. I am running Chrome version 105.0.5195.127.
