Greetings, I noticed that the [container registry](https://console.cloud.google.com/gcr/images/vorvan/global/h2oai/h2ogpt-runtime) linked in the [Prebuild Docker section](https://github.com/h2oai/h2ogpt/blob/main/docs/README_DOCKER.md#prebuild-docker-for-windowslinux-x86) of the docs isn't available.
