Addons not loading on a new computer

I only copy and paste the content of the Guild Wars 2 game directory and I paste it on my new computer, when i installed the GW2 addons and click update... all addons are not working, there is no error popped up. Something wrong?

Copy-pasting an install is generally inadvisable. You'll probably just have to properly reinstall the manager and all the addons and only then copy over configs if you want to keep those.

hmmm... can you specify which file that i need to transfer? If I need to reinstall that's fine but i wanna keep my config also so i don't have to reconfig all over again.

still not loading, dunno why :(

I did a fresh install. no addons load for me. ALT Shift T does nothing. ALT Shift H does nothing.
