@mdouze would you mind making the PR to extend `BinaryIndexFlat` to support search params? My C skills are unfortunately not enough :/ I bet this would be a highly appreciated...

@okhat can you upgrade `gepa` in `dspy`, so the fix gets in? https://github.com/gepa-ai/gepa/pull/94 update: upgraded `dspy` to `3.1.0b1`, which solves it
