Resize functionality added

resize functionality is added to Bing class which can help many ML learners to scrape for a particular size of image to train the model.

Good point! I'm ML learner too. Added search by size but resizing is great! Probably fork of this project would be a great idea

I'll take a look at your code later, but I'd make this resize parameter optional to use the module in the usual way.
