Improvement: logger middleware to the javascript boilerplate

Hello :wave:

There should be a logger middleware implemented with the javascript boilerplate.

  • You can choose from any popular logging libraries like morgan or winston.
  • logs should be stored on the /logs directory, in the project root.

Please refer to CONTRIBUTING.md for setting up the project on your local machine.
