A status update on CSS Scroll Snap support: Firefox and IE have implemented a (now-deprecated) version of the spec that was unable to cover all the use cases for PanelSnap....
Update: Chrome has shipped their implementation of CSS Scroll Snap Points in version 69. Their implementation does not support PanelSnap's case either.
Update: Firefox has shipped their implementation as well in version 68. But with more-or-less the same bug. It allows for scrolling within the element, but then snaps to the middle...
