[docs] Terms and Conditions for usage of Guardrails Hub
Description Please add Terms and Conditions for usage of Guardrails Hub. Current documentation Checked the Docs, Gaurdrails Hub Footer and the Signup page, but could not find one Suggested changes Same as Description
Additional context With 0.6.0 release for pulling content from Gaurdrails Hub, its mandatory to have an API key, which requires a signup. This is fine for individual users, but in a lot of corporate setups this needs to be vetted before usage, and the once thing that they ask are the T&C of the usage. I saw another issue where the Hub endpoints are getting blocked by some kind of firewalls/proxies and in cases like those too T&C of the usage would be required for whitelisting etc.

I am waiting for the documentation too. the hub is blocking my api . the hub is blocking my api authentication.
