Migrate to maven central

This library is not yet hosted on mavenCentral. With the shutdown of JCenter it would be great if this could be hosted there.

I've noticed kellocharts seems to have disappeared from JCentre. Is this project being discontinued? Or is this lib being migrated to mavenCentral now?
