Is it possible to use case insensitive with Verbs?

Since verbs are defined as attributes before classes, can you still use case insensitivity?

When creating the Parser, alter the settings to turn off case sensitivity.

      var parser = new Parser(settings =>
      {
        settings.CaseSensitive = false;
      });
