Describe the solution you'd like

In OV, the avatar allows for a fallback image. They have this hook: const [imageUrl, handleImageError] = useUserImageFallback(src, fallbackSrc); and they call this on the image tag: onError={handleImageError} It would be good to have this in igloo so that we're able to replace all avatars with our component.
