[feature request] automatic gist backup for github users

disabling sign-in makes users lose access to their saved patterns.

i was just signed into regexr. after attempting to sign back in, however, i received the following message:

Sign in has temporarily been disabled. (Don't worry, it'll be back soon!)

there is reason for worry, however. i have a few projects i'm working on. i was using regexr to save my regex patterns and update them as needed. i no longer have access to those patterns because i can not sign in; nor do i know when i'll be able to sign back in so i can create my own backup. an automatic gist backup would be great for times like this.

luckily, i have a few patterns saved on regex101, as well as within my projects, but imagine if i was just getting started. quite a few of these patterns took me a horrendously long time to get right, so losing them entirely would've been devastating.

We're currently migrating RegExr to a new server, and trying our best to minimize the impact on users. This is the first time (in ~20 years) we've done this, and we're specifically taking this step because we weren't happy with the prior host's reliability. I appreciate the concern, but hopefully a few hours every couple decades is an acceptable "planned downtime" ratio. :)

That said, I like the idea of making it easy to export a pattern to a Gist easily, so I'll reopen this.
