unable to attach/link camera pics

Description

I'm using Markor 2.12.2 on a OnePlus Nord running Android 12. When I try to include a link to a photo nothing ever gets written into the URL field. More specifically, if i try to take a pic at that moment using the "Camera Picture" (translating from portuguese....) option, the camera opens but no pic is taken and nothing in written in the URL.

Steps to reproduce

1. Selecting image icon in app "band" below
2. Select "Camera Image" option
3. Take picture

I cannot reproduce. Could you a attach a screen recording?

Seems to be the same issue here. I can (?) make a photo but cannot select it. Where is it stored? (Is there a documentation of this workflow?)

Photos taken with markor or attached to a document are:

If you take a photo with markor it will probably not show up in the phone's main gallery.

I got the same issue; sometimes it can insert an image as I wish, but most of the time, it does not even if I select different images several times. My Markor version is v2.13.0, downloaded from Google Play.
