Rotate the screen after entering text during search, resulting in loss of search text

Description

I want to search for a document. After entering the text, I rotated the device and the text I just entered disappeared

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the search button and enter text
2. Rotate the phone
3. The text I just entered disappeared ro.webm

It's a pain to keep dialog state across rotations. This just hasn't been implemented yet as it is a low priority (at least to me)
