New feature: List of permitted AI's to be added to an Digital Link

For an interactive frontend it would be usefull if the engine could provide a list of AI's that are permitted to be added to an already constructed digital link. This way an interactive frontend can allow for iterative construction of the digital link, by only presenting the option in each iteration that are still allowed given the AI's that are already included in the digital link.
