Feature request: list users who haven't spoken in <number of days>

I run a group where a condition of membership is to say something at least once every six months. It would be great if this bot kept track of the last time each user spoke, and could on request give me a list of users who haven't spoken in however long.

Why should we do this, there is combot who can do this I think. A not needed feature, I think.

It already does (track the date of the last message of each user in a group). I was thinking to something like that but I can't assure anything

If you do add this enhancement, please make it function with months as an option as well. It possible to add an option to kick all users found in list, that would be even more beneficial.

I constantly weed out members after a certain amount of inactivity on telegram alone in my chat. If I could do it by last post, that would be awesome.
