More languages support

Now, this repo supports Russian and Ukrainian languages. But I believe that we can add more language for support.

If you want to propose support for a new language let's discuss it here.

@greybax Thanks for the work on this library! As for more languages, Serbian can be added, a conversion table is specified here on WikiMedia: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Automatic_conversion_in_Serbian_language#Conversion

Kazakh is another candidate. A conversion table can be found here: https://www.transliteration.kpr.eu/kk/conversionkk2021.js
