Filter dialog is hiding the table

Not really a bug, it is more a Question/Change Request.

Current Behavior

When opening the 'Filter' dialog, it may happen that this dialog will mostly overlap the table. In the following example, I am not able to see the values for Mean or StdDev, so I need to close the filter dialog in order to see again the values, store the value in my mind, then enter in the filter dialog again to enter the value. image

Is there a way to 'move' this filter dialog ?
