Help - one of the nodes not communicating with others

I have the latest version(self hosted) and have 4 hosts. 1 - Dedi Hetzner 2 - VPS 3 - VPS 4 - Dedi at home with static IP

Status shows healthy and all good there with access control as well. Hosts 1-2-3 are able to communicate between each other. Host 4 is able to communicate only with Host 1 and vice versa. Not able to understand why Hosts 2 & 3 are not able to communicate with Host 4 and vice versa. If there could be a firewall issue then Host 1 should be able to ping Host 4. Can someone please help.

I'm having the same issue. Some of my nodes are able to communicate with all of the nodes turned into egress gateways. But some other nodes randomly stop reaching some of those gateways.
