Cuda 11.8 & Pytorch Support

Was wondering if there would be any support for newer versions of cuda and pytorch.

Hi, I've not tested the sdk in newer cuda version. Could you please tell me the problem you met? For MinkowskiEngine with CUDA 12+, there are some small modifications. You could refer to this issue or this branch.
