Update GraphQL server setup instructions

Description

Added instructions for setting 'type' in package.json and using the ruru module for GraphiQL.

I ran into trouble following the directions exactly, the default npm init process does not set "type" to "module" and a less experienced user may not understand the resultant error. This small extra note should help point them in the right direction.
