Updated graphiql to 0.11.11

The slight URL change (adding /npm and changing a / to an @) is due to jsdelivr changing their URL generation. You can read more here: https://www.jsdelivr.com/new-jsdelivr

Actually looks like these errors have been present since master build 14: https://travis-ci.org/graphql-python/webob-graphql/builds/315186641

Reopening and letting maintainers decide what to do with it.
