[Feature] Publish ARM images in addition to x86

Description

It would be great if the CI/CD system published ARM images in addition to the x86 images for those of us interested in running this workload on ARM machines (like local dev on newer macbooks)

Are you aware of any blockers that must be resolved before implementing this feature? If so, which? Link to any relevant GitHub issues.
