Hmm, yeah I'm not sure. If you're definitely only using a single instance, then I'm sure it falls into the "They sit somewhere in the 50 requests per second range."...
The queue this package uses is [promise-throttle](https://www.npmjs.com/package/promise-throttle), it doesn't roll its own.
