User alternate place names in time-releated events

Thanks @cajturner, Gramps Web now supports alternative place names (#27 ). It would be nice if these alternative names were are used in time-related events.

Example: If a person was born in 1930 and the corresponding place had an alternative name between 1910 and 1945, it would be great if the user could see the alternative place name. Currently, the main place name is always displayed.
