Improve DNA genealogy tools and make them more accessible

For those of us that also use DNA genealogy, Gramps Web already has some features, notable storing match data and visualizing them in a chromosome browser. However, this feature is quite well hidden - you really have to know where to look - and usability is not great, e.g. requiring input of match data in a very speicific format in a note attached to an association; relationships loading slowly; etc.

This is a parent issue for various improvments to the DNA experience.

With the upcoming v25.9.0 release, I think this can be considered closed!
