Version Handling

We might want to consider a way of marking which version of grain things support.

Hey.

I have created https://github.com/primate-run/primate/issues/202

For now, I could change my PR to indicate it's 0.7.1, even though this isn't being strictly enforced yet, until that issue is resolved.

@spotandjake @primate/grain has been backpatched to be bound to Grain 0.7.x. It will refuse to build the app if the output of grain --version does not satisfy /^0\.7\.\d+$/

Should I update the PR? Otherwise, could it be merged?
