can we rename this to 5.x ?

@codeconsole I think that might be confusing as there already is a 5.0.x branch. I am open to naming the branch for Grails 7 - 6.x, if you think that would be easier to handle. But maybe we should also get input from more people as this breaks the tradition in Grails plugins/projects.
