Snapshots are currently published in Artifactory using Puneets account. This should be updated to something else.

I flagged it in the Stewards channel for discussion in tomorrow's meeting. Everyone's input is welcome. I think it makes sense to use a build related account that isn't directly tied to an individual.

@osscontributor will create a new Artifactory "grails-build"-type account that is not associated with any individual so we can use that instead.
