Upgrade k6 to v0.57.0

Hi @mstoykov,

Thank you for the clarification. We understand that xk6 can be built using v0.57.0. However, there are security vulnerabilities that also require the xk6-client-prometheus-remote extension to be upgraded. Ideally, updating the k6 version in go.mod should not impact the functionality of this extension.

We kindly request you to consider upgrading the k6 version in this extension to ensure security compliance. Appreciate your support on this!
