unable to send request from slack to grafanaoncall

What went wrong?

Im facing request issue : I am trying to setup Slack and garfanaoncall integration by using below document https://grafana.com/docs/oncall/latest/set-up/open-source/#slack-setup

when grafanaoncall is sending the alerts to slack but in the slack channel unable to acknowledge, resolve, responders, attach. I'm facing slack cannot handle the payload issues

Can someone help?

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Grafana OnCall and do X
2. Now click button Y
3. Wait for the browser to crash. Error message says: "Error..."
