Make an official release

Dear,

Because the old client has been archived but doesn't contain all the provisioned metadata field. https://github.com/grafana/grafana-api-golang-client

And this repo has no official release yet it seems we can't make the dashboards Provisioned. We can't update the grafana operator until this client is officially released. https://github.com/grafana/grafana-operator/issues/1443#issuecomment-1985841543

Is there a timeline for the release of this library? Or can other other library be unarchived until this one has an official release so i can make a pull request?
