feat(web-sdk): add webVitalsInstrumentation.trackAttribution, enable by default

Why

the trackWebVitalsAttribution feature was underutilized and provides more value for users than most know. in this PR we enable it by default to provide more web vital data out of the box.

What

  • added webVitalsInstrumentation.trackAttribution
  • enable trackWebVitalsAttribution and trackAttribution by default
