Well, `.dir-locals.el` is not my favorite mechanism for, well, anything.

I agree that there should be a way to specify default target for cabal invocations and that this default should be permanently stored somewhere. Just `.dir-locals.el` irks me wrong way....

Thanks for reporting. We will need to wait on somebody that knows how to debug emacs process handling issues.

Looks like multiple sessions are important, so we will bring it back. Note that there are people out there that think in opposite way: they think that managing multiple sessions...

@vasanthaganeshk, the 'freeze' takes only time during fork and exec, everything else is nicely parallel as internally Emacs uses the usual pipes mechanism. I do not think running more then...

The point is to change the behaviour of haskell-indentation-find-indentations such that haskell-indentation-newline-and-indent is unnecessary would work.
