Groovy Sample Application

It would be extremely beneficial to have a Groovy sample application that demonstrates it indeed is possible to use statically compiled Groovy.

If this is of any value, I am more than happy to enhance this sample to demonstrate everything else that is demonstrated in the other java applications.
