Docs reference old directory structure

The docs on https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/mobile-vision-ocr/#3 reference a directory at `ocr-codelab/ocr-reader-start` but that directory doesn't exist in the project. I suspect the correct project is `visionSamples/ocr-reader`.
