Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have developed an Elixir application using elixir-google-api and Poison and we would like to upgrade the Poison to v5 but cannot because of the https://github.com/googleapis/elixir-google-api/pull/8251

In addition, many upgrades of the dependencies are blocked. Please check and upgrade them too 🙏 🙏 🙏
